absolutely fabulous.We are in the Caribbean and have a lot of problems with itches from insect bites. We applied Sarna Lotion and within minutes the itch has gone! We saw the product by chance at a chemist shop in St Thomas (VI) and are eager to order a supply for our house on another island.
