Product Description:
Indicated for the treatment of adult patients with chronic moderate to severe plaque psoriasis.
How Supplied/Sizing:
Supplied as lyophilized, sterile powder to deliver 125 mg of efalizumab per single-use vial. Carton: 4 trays of one vial. Dosage:
Single 0.7 mg/kg SC conditioning dose followed by weekly SC doses of 1 mg/kg (maximum single dose not to exceed a total of 200 mg).
