Here is my personal experience with this incredible product. A few months ago I developed what looked like a small pimple at the top of my nose, about 1/3 up from the tip which turned into a huge gaping hole with my nose (I thought) irreparably damaged. I expected plastic surgery once healed. Went to a derm/plastic surgeon after another dermatologist treated it with a steroid cream which increased the pain, did not heal and weeks later looked horrible. He suspected a ruptured cyst, did not give any injections, but gave me two sample tubes of Biofine - I was desperate and skeptical, but was told that the other steroid was too harsh for a face and to let B-ne work before any next step. In a matter of a couple applications (just a bit) the horrible hole began to heal. Two weeks later, there was a marked imporvement. Now, two months later, there is no trace. I still have a huge tube left (used just two samples and a little of the big tube). Have used and shared for burns, cuts, acne and wounds. I've never seen a better, more gentle or more effective burn/sunburn med. Read that it's used for chemo burns. It's a god send and worth every penny.
