I used Arnika Forte after a plastic surgeon did some aesthetic procedures. I noticed the swelling and bruising getting better vs. not using anything. Usually it would take 2-3 weeks, however I could see the results.

I have used this product on my patients and believe that the Bromelain reduces the bruising since it is a enzyme. When there is a bruise below the surface, taking Arnika Forte post procedure will speed the healing up to 50% versus waiting.
